Welcome to the Corazon Vaquero - The Heart of the Cowboy

Corazon Vaquero is a high-definition cinematic journey into California's Final Frontier. Hidden in the mountains of Baja California, Mexico exists the last western frontier.

A place where people are living the way they have for 300 years. These direct descendants of the Spanish missionary soldiers still live the lifestyle of the California Vaquero; the famed noble horseman of the West.

Experience the grace, humor and hospitality of the mountain people as we join nationally recognized western saddlemaker Garry McClintock, independent filmmaker Cody McClintock and renown Baja California photographer Eve Ewing in this informative and entertaining portrait of a people living in harmony with their environment.

This 65 minute documentary also features commentary by esteemed Baja California historian Harry Crosby and Professor Fermin Reygadas (Professor of History and Archeology, University of La Paz, Baja California Sur).  Soundtrack recorded live as performed by the vaqueros.
